Wreedone removed the bathtub in our master bath and installed a walk-in shower with built-in seat, grab bars, and hand wand. We also had a new toilet installed with grab bars on each side. As seniors we needed the safety of a walk-in shower. Wreedone did an excellent job, walking us through choosing the materials to advising us on the best way to make the shower safe. Their professionalism throughout the job assured us that we had chosen the right company. They were in constant contact with updates on what was scheduled next and who would be coming, whether it was the tile guy, the plumber, or anyone else working on the project. Another great project with Wreedone. Spencer took the time to solve a complex water leak we had from our roof, ultimately locating that it was from wind-driven rain. Caulking the area to prevent the issue from reoccurring was done, and then we were able to transition into the internal repair phase of the bathroom where the water had made its way into. Keith was the assistant PM, but took the active role of coordinating the contractor to execute the repair in the bathroom. I talked with 5-6 contractors to remodel our master bathroom. I really liked Wil when I met him at our bid appt. He’s a very easy-going energetic guy. Working with him, Spencer, and Keith was a great experience. He made suggestions based on other clients and showed me pics as I was picking out the tile, knobs, cabinets, and all. He pushed me a little at times for pieces or styles and I’m glad he did. He challenged me to step out of my thinking. Things went so well in the beginning that we were ahead of schedule with his trades, and then slowed back down waiting for the cabinets, counters, and shower glass.
